Looking at what I've eaten the first week, I see that I have not been very consistant with my diet and that I am watching what I eat. It is very har, I've been trying to learn to read labels carefully. Trying to keep diet 1200 to 1400 calories and more variety to meals. I have been trying to keep up with my water challenge, but I'm thinking that the 15 pound lose in 3 weeks isn't going to happen. Still it is a challenge and challenges must be approached with a good attitude a good mind. So onward forward. I did manage to get up after dinner and walk on treadmill for 30 minutes and stay on row machine for 15 minutes and bike 15 min on Monday. So I will continue to challenge my self and hope that by my weigh in on Monday I see some result.

Well alrighty then, Went to the Doctors and here we go; my last visit which was November 11,2013 I weighed 196 #'s , today I was 187. So yes I have lost some weight. Good point. Cholesterol is up, in June it was good. So by next appointment in 3 months I should be working on lowering my cholesterol back to good place by exercise and diet. That is where this site comes into place. So here we have one problem and one solution. Next need to really start keeping track of what I'm putting in my mouth. Solution: again this site. I love this site! For the first time I'm actually really wanting to and paying attention to what I'm eating, when and results of. I've picked up two challenges and hope to be able to really stick to them. The water challenge, not to hard, but kinda fretting the other, oops got to go check as both challenges start in next couple days. To all those on challenges stay true, you can do it! For those who about to go forward, as myself; WE CAN DO IT!!!! Now let me go try and find low cholesterol diet and try to start lowering that bad fat!! Has any one out there tried the Garcinia Cambogia Extract? If so would like feed back! Thank you! :^)

Oops, Maybe shouldn't have had that long island ice tea with dinner. Need to keep consistent with my diet. Need to make healthier choices. It just so happened that I went out to eat with someone and had been craving the rack of lamb. No excuses. When I weigh myself and notice gain instead of lose, then who am I going to blame, mmmmH!
