I have to figure out how to be able to have my coffee without all the calories from the creamer.. I hate coffee black... hmmmm.... ate out for lunch but kept it light... I am not for sure what to make for dinner... I am not really motivated today. lol. day 2 of being back on track and I think that I am in a good head space because the force is strong with this one. I am planning on going to Vegas next year for my dirty 30! so, my goal is to get under 200 pounds before April of next year... that would truly be the greatest gift I could give myself. kinda tired of being the biggest girl in the room. I hate that I value other people's opinion of me so much. self help book recommendation? also, I am looking like crazy for low calorie dinners that the kiddos will actually eat.. any thoughts?

avoided fatsecret during the holidays but I didn't do to much damage... started body attack today and it kicked my butt! meeting with a wellness professional on Monday to start a workout plan and yoga class Monday night! Oh, I start school next month! looking forward to the future!!!

I am so wobbly now. lol. that class kicked my butt! making it my goal to do this class once per week. also, I am meeting with a wellness coach on Monday to go over a workout plan. and instant yoga class later on Monday night!
