okay it's been 60 days and I'm starting to fall into a pattern. what works better is to eat my first and only meal at 5 p.m. which is usually about 500 calories. anytime before 8 I have berries fruit vegetables smoothie and I try to stay around a hundred fifty calories. by 8 p.m. I start my intermittent fasting until the next meal at 5 p.m. the next day. obviously no snacking or sugar beverages. I have metabolic disease so my body is not in good shape. I have ongoing medical procedures every month so exercise at this time is not an option. I seem to be losing 10 pounds a month and I would like to know if anyone else reads this if you think that is practical because I would think I would be losing more but taking it to consideration I am 58 with health issues. I just need encouragement

okay had a little freaked out because I weighed myself after 7 days of intermittent fasting and did not lose a pound. for some reason my brain thought it was a good idea to have banana bread two days in a row to soothe my soul. I know it's counterproductive so I am back on track today I'm going to try again I'm going to do 20 hour fast with a 4-Hour feeding window a fish and non-starchy vegetables for the next 7 days and try on go on a 20 minute walk everyday which I achieve today and I hated the last 10 minutes uphill and hard but no pain no loss I can do anything for at least 7 days

well I'm a little confused. I have done the 20 hour fasting 4 Hour feeding for 7 days and during the 4-Hour feeding I consume 600 calories drink lots of water have no sugar eat very healthy and I did not lose 1 lb. not sure what to do now very disappointed
