Morning Lovelies ♥

Well, well well. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was sure eventful!!!

I ate way too much in the weekend and surprisingly had a drop.

I will be calorie cycling this week as I must need more food or something to continue to lose?

But, I still want to keep my net calories to 7 x 1300.

So I think this may be the way for me to go for now.

I did a lot cooking and made lots and lots of coleslaw.

I made 50L for the wedding :D

4 Of my friends came down to see me which was even more fun

I sold my cross-trainer, so I get off my ass and go to the BIG uni gym with all the serious people

I also met an AMAZING guy :).

I missed you all during the weekend!!!

How is everyone today? Well today is FRIDAY oh my goodness how I am looking forward to the weekend SOOO much

How I love to chill out and just relax. Regardless I have a lot to do this weekend!

I hope all this running around is going to BURN an extreme amount of calories and melt some fat!

Okay, not some fat. ALOT of fat. haha.

AB KING PRO




I am not a fan of FAD exercise machines, in fact I think they are crap, I've been using my flatmates AB King to see how good it is, and I got to admit you can feel the burn on this thing, and it's a GOOD burn :)

Morning Lovelies ♥

How art thou? Wow I am sooo busy lately I love it :)

Classes are going great I have the most amazing lecturers at the moment.

Diet is going okay. Losses aren't as big as I'd like but these things are out of my control, I'm sticking to my calorie intake and I'm getting in enough activity so I should just chill.
