Went out with the girls from church last night. I THOUGHT I was being conservative. I only ordered broccoli cheese soup and had part of a spinach artichoke appetizer. But apparently that is still VERY BAD! I didn't even have a drink!!

I resisted tonight! I have been off track since my week-end get-away. But tonight I wanted a candy bar so some brownies or just ANYTHING SWEET! However, I was at my WW point and calorie limit for the day so I just said NO!
:) It feels good to be good!

I've decided the best way to face this little "set back," is to taper back down. I am too hungry and tired this week to go back to only 1200 calories. So if you look at my Food Diary you will see what I am talking about. Let's see if it works.....

It is amazing how just cheating for 3 days can add 2 lbs!! I can't say I'm surprised, but it is surprising that I didn't even go over 2000 calories per day and still gained. I'm bummed, but not devastated. I cheated Monday because I was feeling weak after all the good food over the week-end. Time to get back on track. I did turn down a chocolate chip brownie already this morning. :)
