I didn't bother with yesterday's journal, because it is monotonous for others to read.
Due to my two intense workouts last night of Kettlercise & Boot Camp I couldn't get the liquid top up that I needed before bed resulting in me having that yukking pain & muscle ache.
I've tried to combat the symptom's today with water, my usual dozage for Vit 6 & 12, a warm bath with Epson salts & Naproxen tablets.
Hopefully my overworked body will have recovered enough by the time I get to the gym for my short weight session followed by my
Spin class.
The weight is now flying off, as I have lost nigh on a stone since last Monday, But I have noticed that my weigh-in here was totally wrong & it would have been closer to 215/18lb.
My confusion as I usually work in stone & not in lb & kg.
