WOW, it's been a long time since I've been here. Had such a busy summer and now that fall is here again, I'm feeling the need to do something so I can keep the weight down. Fall, Winter, and Spring is such a long haul and can get very depressing. So with this approaching, I know the pounds will start adding up again. YUCK. Hopefully, I can do something to keep focused on what is best for me. Being a carb addict is HORRIBLE.

Well, here I am again. What a crazy weekend. I can't understand WHY I can't stay with it. I AM SUCH A CARB ADDICT!!! I get so mad at myself. I just can't get into that mindset I used to be in. I just need to be harder on disciplining myself. All that said, on to the crazy weekend.
WOE is shot!!!!! One of the horses stepped on my right foot and broke my little toe. Then I was working outside in my crocks (slip on shoes) and stepped on a tack with my left foot, and of course my diet got shot right out of the water. We weren't home most of the weekend and the choice of foods werent' all of what I am suppose to be eating. I so dislike being a CARB ADDICT!!!! I just wonder why I couldn't be normal. I love the way I feel when I do eat right, but I just can't stick it out.
Oh well, onward!!! Hope all had a wonderful weekend. :)

It's been one of those crazy Fridays. Busy, busy. Now home and I can catch up on entering my foods. Cloudy, rainy day here. Not able to plant anymore in my garden.:(
WOE is going well. Sticking to plan. The weekends are the hardest because everyone is here and we are on the go. A lot of the times it's grab and go.
