Day 85 of my 90-day program was about the same, so I'm not journally much. But, pressing on to the finish line, then a new program. Hope you all have a great weekend.

Day 84 of my 90-day program was another just hang in there day. I was surprised when I got to the park and could only walk 2.5 miles. The entire body hurts and joints are not moving smoothly. It's the weather, high humidity due to the monsoons have arrived. I love the rain, but my body thinks I'm 20 yrs older at least. Also, I want to eat. Cloudy and dark make me crave comfort foods.
So, I decided to do the best I could. I ate a little over maintenance calories but no binging. Just enough to keep Crumbcake from sneaking up from behind and chocking me out! lol
Truth be told, I'm nowhere near where I wanted to be at this point of my plan. I had visions of crossing the finish line with staggering numbers, but the fact is, it is going to take a lot more time to get to where I want to be. I'm super happy with what I've achieved and refuse to lose that.
Already thinking and planning what to do next. I want to make some smaller goals. 90 days was a huge bite to chew, but I'm glad I worked it. Actually, I'm committed to a better lifestyle, for years and years, so 90 days is not so long. Right?

Day 83 of my 90-day program was pretty good. It's cloudy and rainy here, that's my biggest "trigger" so I'm just working what I know to do without binging. Keeping the carbs low and limiting my calories. I may be eating at maintenance level but as long as I don't go crazy I'll be fine.

Walked the 5 miles and had a good day at work. Really just feeling happy with my progress. Just knowing I'm doing the best I can at the moment is enough.

Day 82 of my 90-day program went pretty well. Ate a few more calories than planned, but was feeling extreme hunger so had dinner. Slept really well. Fealing "diet fatigue" is that a thing?
Walked 5 miles and did 40 squats, no weight but full squats down to ankles. Digging deep to stay motivated to lose weight. I am eating more of a maintenance calorie amount, rather than the deficit I should be at. Scale not moving, but have 8 more days on this program and that is motivating me to get a few more pounds off.

Day 81 of my 90-day program went great! Day 10 of my countdown. Didn't walk, just rested. Enough said! lol
