Gave myself a treat today ... Peppermint Mocha from Starbucks. I loooooove those. Such a carb-load, but so great on days like today ... it's cold and snowing here in Denver. Not ready for winter yet. With my pep-mocha I can handle anything, lol. :)

Weight was the same -- 133. My trainer and I think I am to the point where I will not lose many more pounds, since I'll be adding more and more muscle. All the more reason to have a body fat % goal on this site! Powers that be, hear me! :) I want to be able to track that.

Weight is steady, all other indicators show decline ... woo-hoo!! The 130s are probably my new best friends for a while, lol. Body fat is currently 28.6% (down from 29.87 a month ago). Measurements:
Neck 13.25 (no change)
Chest 36.5 (down .5)
Waist 33 (down 1.5)
Hip 37.25 (down .5)
Thigh 21.25 (down .5)
Calf 12 (no change)

Man, last night's workout was a killer. The trainer had us running suicide sprints ... I haven't done those since I don't know ... track practice in high school? Tennis lessons in junior high?? A long time ago, for sure. The weird thing was, as it went on (we did 3 circuits of different things) the 2nd and 3rd time I came around to the suicide station, I was sure I wouldn't be able to complete it in 1:10.00 or less (this was my max time allowed, or I would have to do 15 burpees). But each time, I actually improved by a second, or half a second. So bizarre, but I was happy about not doing the burpees, haha.
