Walked for over 30 min today and did my 200 crunches along with 200 leg lifts, 100 each side both outer and inner. Also stretched while I was on the floor and looks like I will be getting to bed at a responsible hour this evening! Bring it on Monday! I already have the week tone set!

Starting the 200 crunches a day along with eating after 5:00 pm. I am so glad that tomorrow I don't need to worry about the after 5:00 thing. Still nibbling all day under 1000 cal. It about kills me everytime. But no pain no gain.

Well down another 3 pounds. Man this one challenge is really working! In combination with exercise in the other challenges I may be losing to fast which means I need to start doing more strength training. Less Cardio.

Well down again. Went over my 1000 last night I need to start motivating. At least walk around the block. It's why I bought those shoes... Right?
