Another great diet day. I desperately need a supermarket trip so I am just working with the scraps that I have left but so far so good. For breakfast I had celery with cream cheese, pork rinds, and a cup of diet green tea. I had the last of the cheesecake for snack as well as an Atkins shake and water. For lunch I ate some hot and spicy chicken wings with bleu cheese dressing a pickle and 2 cups of water. For dinner I ate herb stuffed chicken breasts with spinach and another 2 cups of water and for dessert another Atkins shake. My total for the day was about 14 NC.
I'm excited for another Carb challenge in October. My mini goal is to lose the rest of the baby weight by my daughter's birthday which is November 11th so I'm looking forward to continuing the carb challenge in order to help me reach my mini goal. I have about 16 more pounds left in order to lose ALL of the weight from BOTH of my kids and I am stoked!! I already lost the weight from baby number two and am looking forward to losing the rest. I have a closet full of clothes just waiting for me to put them on again. I literally have like around 15 pairs of jeans just chilling in my closet ready and waiting. Some of them still have tags on them. I think I will like cry or something if I was able to put them on and zip them up. I hope that's not too unrealistic a goal to lose 16 pounds by November 11th. I won't beat myself up if I don't achieve that goal but I will certainly try my best.....

So far I have been doing great on the diet. Having a little more cheesecake than I'd like to but it's almost all gone now. Thankfully it's low carb. For breakfast today I had 4 slices of bacon and 2 slices of American Cheese along with a cup of Diet Green Tea and water. I was out and about all day so for lunch I just had an Atkins shake and some cheesecake (about a slice and a half). For dinner I had cheesy chicken breast with pickles (I was craving pickles for some reason) and some Diet Green tea and water. For dessert some more cheesecake. I am becoming a cheesecake monster and really need to stop. I'm happy with my carb count though today was about 14 NC and I've been keeping it around that number for the past few days. My protein is high as is my fat which is good. My calories are pretty high but as long as I'm below 20 NC, I don't care too much.
I've been doing some walking as exercise. Starting off little by little but I already think it's time to step it up a notch. The Biggest Loser premiered yesterday and I'm so excited. I already can't wait to see how everyone is going to look at the season finale! Watching them gives me so much motivation to succeed. When they started showing how each group's obesity was aging them and affecting their organs I could just imagine what my "real" age is and what my insides are looking like. It's such an eye-opener and really inspires me to do better and be better for me and for my kids. I hope this week I show a loss but I am not going to expect anything. All I know is that I feel better, I fit into jeans I wore from before my second daughter and I've made great progress. Any loss this week will be wonderful (especially after all the cheesecake I've been eating, lol)....

Oh man, I just over did it with the cheesecake! It's only 2 NC per slice but I had 3 slices!! I feel awful now and full.....I don't know what came over me, lol....I'm so upset at myself right now.....I guess that's my lunch.....damn......

I only lost half a pound this week. Which is ok by me, as long as I didn't gain. I've already reviewed what I was eating this past week with previous weeks and apparently I have been eating too little, skipping major meals, and it has affected my weight loss. I just had no appetite this week so I wouldn't eat but now I think I know what I have to do to keep this weight loss going (more protein and fat)! Surprisingly I loss an inch and a half off my waist!!!!! I'm almost in the 20's and can't wait. Now my hips, are a whole other story.....
