Starting August 1st I am getting back on track. I haven't done too bad considering I have taken about 6 weeks off and didn't keep track of food or do a regular amount of exercise. :) I want to lose 7-8 lbs (hit my goal weight and be slightly under it) and maintain that for 1 month. I hope to get to this goal by mid september.

I have fallen off the wagon. I am a lost stray sheep. :( At least I haven't gained an enormous amount. By all rights I should have!!

I'm back from Florida with 3 extra pounds. I ate whatever I wanted and drank WAAAAY too much. I bet I had 10,000 calories just in mixed drinks. :) Unfortunately the oil came on to the beaches on Wednesday. They actually closed down the beach in SanDestin for that whole afternoon and evening. I was glad I got to see it before it is ruined. I loved the bumper stickers down there being sported by the Florida residents. "
