The slow downward slope continues. That's fine because it is going down. Less than a pound away from being closer to my goal than my starting weight.

Found a new (at least to me) low carb food...crawfish. Had some for the first time last night after our season finale softball game (ended the season with winning both games of a double header). The crawfish were great. Reminded me of catfish with a shrimp-like texture. Best thing...zero carbs (or close to it).

Now that softball is over I will have to find a good workout routine. Most of the weight I have lost by just diet alone. I got lots of exercise mowing the lawn, other yardwork and running after the kids but no formal workout routine. Now to help with the next 50% of my goal, I need to devise a good workout routine to place in my schedule.
