All of the left over roast, potatoes and carrots are finally gone. I had cooked that for company and continued to eat the left overs until it was gone. I have been stopping by fast food several times because I have been on the run too much this week. Although, I don't order much, it is not good for my body, this I know. Hard to break the sweet tea habit, still having some most days, but I have been decreasing that gradually, and drinking more water. I know its all baby steps, but being conscience of what I eat each day is making me realize how many carbs I consume, even when I think I am being good. Not losing weight, but I am becoming more aware of what is going into my body, which is probably a good lesson toward turning things around.

I have been watching my food intake carefully, drinking lots more water and I am much more active - adding more steps each day. What went wrong?

It is a beautiful day and it feels really good to be making positive changes in my life and to be part of this nice community. I am more accountable now with my weight loss goals. I just want to be the healthiest me I can be.
