Coming off slowly, but I am exploring different food recipes and times to eat BLDS.
Also I have been taking notes (my way of journaling) watching The Crappy Childhood Fairy videos. This has been a journey to figure out my need to stuff food in my mouth to go to sleep or back to sleep. Literally, put a whole mouth full of animal crackers, or unsalted crackers in my mouth and that's the last thing I usually remember. I have no say over this, it seems. I read about nutrition and fasting to educate my self. There is no doubt I have had a lifetime of numbing and triggers that pull me in. The main thing I have learned lately is that I can change. I've also been good person too and try to build on that. White knuckling life is no way to live your life and I have to know when I'm in those moments and what to do with that feeling.
I'm so glad I got back on here, before I spiraled.
