Well with everything over the last 8 months or so I got off the program and cancelled my membership with Weight Watchers. We were transferred to South Carolina back in April and we are finally settled in. Now I feel sure I am ready to start the program and hit this monster head on. I rejoined Weight Watchers Wednesday the 13th and everything is going great so far. I have re-adapted rather quickly to limiting my eating during the day and have made some great adjustments with all of the food we have in our house from Costco it was not the easiest thing in the world. I have chosen Subway over Chick Fil A for lunch (we don't have a break room at work yet...no heating up our own food and I am too far away from home to go home for lunch) so I have to learn to deal with eating out for lunch. Plan for today is Applebees. Their 7 point WW steak meal is so delicious! My hubby is being great with this as well. We went to the sporting store and bought bicycles over the weekend so that we can ride them to the barn and take care of our horses rather than drive. I think overall I am really prepared this time. I don't want to sound as enthused about it as my last journal entries did because it isn't going to be easy. While I am determined and can't wait to get to my goal weight...I am setting smaller goals for myself. The first is my 5% target. I am not setting a time limit on it because if I don't hit it, it will only be more discouraging, but that is the first. I am almost finished with week one and hope that my weigh in this wednesday brings great results. I have stayed within my extra weekly points and for the most part have gotten my good health guidelines in. I don't think I have actually hit all of them in one day yet, but I know I will get there. I am glad to be back and hope that everyone has been doing well.

No weigh in last weekend, we were in Ca visiting family! Fortunately, I only gained 1.4 pounds over the last two weeks. I didn't have such a good day today, but I am hoping tomorrow will be the day I get back on track. Can't let a day ruin the whole week!

Yay for my new job! Working at the doggie daycare this week definitely played a part in me losing so much weight. That weigh in that I did in the middle of the week was a little over the top, but hey, half of that being my actual weight loss for the week...I'll take it! Here's to having an active job, eating healthy and having a blast doing both! Hopefully now I can continue on the same track! I have to have a reallllllly good week this week because my husband's sister is getting married next weekend and we are flying out to CA on Thursday...there's rough waters ahead of me...let's see how I survive!

So I remembered today why I don't EVER weigh myself in between weigh-ins...because it fluctuates like crazy during the week!!! I am not going to record a weigh in for today, but when I weighed myself this morning, it was WAY down from Saturday's weigh in and I am talking like 8 pounds down! I know it won't be there this coming Saturday and I am okay with that...but sheesh...if only it could be right?! I finally got a job out here in Charleston and I am super excited about it. It is at a doggie daycare so I will constantly be on the move throughout the day! I am not going to adjust my points to show that I am on my feet most of the day because I want my weight loss to continue, however...if it starts coming off at more than two pounds a week, I will definitely add a point or two so it is a healthy loss! I know it will help out with watching what I eat too because I won't have all this extra time just sitting around the house with nothing to do and food staring me in the face all day. I am going to try to get up early enough in the morning that I can fix some oatmeal and have a big glass of milk before I go and then I will take a lean pocket or something for lunch...maybe I will find something to take for a snack too. :) So anyway...just thought I would write some stuff down while it was on my mind. Hope everyone is having a good weight loss week!

A hiccup? Yep, that's what this past week was. I was going strong until Wednesday, then it all fell through the floor! Whoops! Graduation for my neighbor's daughter with dinner afterwards at Olive Garden, then a farewell dinner for a friend at the barn at Red Lobster on Thursday night...not too bad yesterday, but today starts a new week and I am back on track and already exercising! this little bump in the road will not continue on to next week!
