So I think Ive made a decision. I am going to allow myself the weekend for mistakes. 5 days out of 7 is better than nothing. It may slow my progress, but it wont completely destroy it. I didint do so bad yesterday, but I definetly did not screw up like I did friday night. And I also worked out a little, which I will do toda\y as well. Im not going to beat myself up for it. If I limit myself too much, then this wont be permanent, and it needs to be.

AAAAHHHHHH. I officially HATE the weekends now that I am on this diet, and thats if you even count Friday nights as a weekend day. I seem to do pretty well all week, I have been going to the gym twice a day, eating pretty well, under 1300 calories and not feeling hungry actually feeling pretty darn good. And of course, the family wanted to go out to eat tonight. Chinese Buffet, most likely the WORST choice EVER, but ironically my favorite since I was a child. If anyone understands.... please feel free to let me know I am not an alien. Anyway, of course I went thinking I would be able to control myself but so much for wishful thinking. I actually ate half of what I would normally eat there, but because everything is drenched in fat, I still cannot afford the calories. I ate a big plate of sushi, rice, noodles, dumplings, shrimp, and a spring roll. I had just a little bit of everything (except the sushi), so I know it may seem like I had ALOT but it really wasnt that excessive. I just know I probably consumed near 2000 calories just in this one dinner. And Guess what that means??? NO break from the gym this weekend. I had planned on taking these 2 days off- I have been working out pretty hard- but now I need to burn off these extra calories.
Bummer.
Hope everyone sticks to it this weekend, use me as an example.
No use in crying over spilled milk. Go get some paper towels and wipe it up.

OK. SO I havent even been on here since thursday or friday. I have been doing REALLY bad on the diet, well to be honest I pretty much went off the diet the ENTIRE weekend starting friday. I did do an hour of cardio on Friday, but it doesnt even make up for what I ate for lunch, so here I am again starting not with the detox, but a modified version of stage 2. We will see how it goes.

Wow. 8 lbs. Granted, ive been sick. But it sure feels good to watch the weight go down.

Im sick. Its official. I went off the diet, and didint get back on today. I had to have some homemade chicken soup. Im not sure what I am sick with though. But I am feeling a little better and hope to get back to the gym very soon. Im not liking this sitting around thing. I want to get up and move move move
