I'm finally recovering from my ED. It's difficult but I'm managing well now and my boyfriend is helping immensely. I've been daily eating chocolate and other things I had banned myself from for the longest time and I've never been happier, although I have difficult low self-confidence days. I just wanted to say that even though I thought I would never be better, life does improve, and maybe when you least expect it. I used this app in negative ways to aid my ED, but I have come to love the supporting community and how it has helped me over the last few years. And I think that having this app now shows how strong I have become as I have managed to stop myself from using it in negative ways.
