Had a tough week this week, starting with ER trip with my toddler. Had to eat dinner out of a vending machine.
Emotions got the best of me this week. Have had little motivation
to workout but did a lot of yardwork. That's probably the only thing
that has prevented a huge weight gain. Tomorrow is another day so I have to keep going.

Happy 5th Bday, Allison.
Last night we went out to Pasta Plus for a nice birthday dinner for my husband. I was very well behaved and didn't even touch the bread basket.
Had yummy mussels, chicken/crab entree and garden salad.
Drank only water.
Had a small piece of hazelnut torte for dessert.
