Ok...so my calories have been SO GOOD the last 2 days with the only problem being more of them hitting after 5pm than usual....so even still, I step on the scale this morning 123 and WTF??? lol!~
When that happens I immediately go to my natural methods birth control temp monitor thing...OH....days away from YA KNOW! Suddenly it all makes sense! SO......today I shall drowned myself in cranwater and see what happens tomorrow! No salt....no carbs...and cranwater.....it's the best battle to THAT TIME water weight!
Looks like hitting 119 by Sat may be out....bcz I should have been to 120 today! BS BS BS BS BS BS!~ Perhaps I'll just get on the treadmill tonight and sweat until I drop. We all know how I hate that idea so....we'll see......maybe that's a little drastic...let's try cranwater and vitamin B first! lol!

Whittling, whittling down that weight.
I KICKED MY OWN ASS this weekend and it felt great! I pushed the treadmill and weights on Saturday. I did P90X yoga and the ab portion of p90x afterwards. OUCH but good ouch.
I wanted to work out today but I got really busy with wedding crap. I think I'm going to start the day with running and weights and then end it with yoga. That way I stay on my normal schedule. PLUS my hubby comes home at the end of the week and I REALLY want to take Sunday of to play with him all day!!!
GOD I MISS HIM!
OK...off to bed. Here is promise to get up at 630 and hit the exercise room. Now I have to do! Accountability...that's why I love this site!

THERE"S the movement on that scale. I did drop the calories about 200-300 but I HONESTLY think the bigger difference is the
damn protein bars
. I think they give you such nutrients that require nothing of your body to metabolize....like whole food does...AND not a lot of waste/fiber so it all gets absorbed, that they are far better for those trying to gain than those trying to lose. THAT IS MY PERSONAL, FROM EXPERIENCE, NON-PROFESSIONAL, OPINION! And I'm not TOUCHING them. I would sooner eat a whole grain granola bar FULL of carbs than a protein bar full of protein! How is that for an absolute switch from diet fad bibles everywhere!???
Anyway.....happy as a clam....lifting and RUNNING (BOOO you know how I hate it). BUT I LOVE THE CUTS THAT POP OUT ON MY LEGS WHEN I DO!!!!! It's WORTH it! I also do the ab routine and yoga routine twice a week from P90X. AWESOME!!!!
That's it! Down to 14.7% bodyfat. Rock ON!

Once you get into a groove....maintaining the routine is easy. WHY is it so hard once you are free to mix and match..exercise, food, etc? AND....once you shrink your stomach back to the amount it SHOULD be used to eat...hunger isn't an issue.
YET....we must beat our heads against a wall and continue to yo-yo good habits to bad habits and back again. ANNOYING!!!
...enjoying the good positive up swing!!
