Wow ! Almost two hours later and I finally made up a meal plan to stay within my calorie intake goal of 1500 a day! No wonder people have a hard time doing this! I am going to stick with on day of meals for about a week and see if I can begin a routine. My routine consists of no eating after 7 PM and drinking the required amount of water for the day !
✅ organic Overnight oats total breakfast calories = 403
(I did not include the breakdown as I found this recipe on Pinterest, I double checked the ingredients and the count was good!)
Apple 1cup sliced = 57 calories
Grapes 1 cup = 62 calories
Almonds 23 single almonds = 162 calories
Special K dark chocolate/almond bar= 170 calories (these snacks I will eat between meals , last one being at 6:30 PM)
✅ Total SNACK calories = 451
Cucumber 1 cup = 15.54 calories
Green pepper 1/2 cup = 10 calories
Spinach 1 1/2 cup = 34.77
Creamy Caesar kraft dressing 2TBS = 100 calories
✅ Total LUNCH calories = 160.31
Chicken breast 1 = 165 calories
White rice 1 cup = 130 calories
Soy sauce 5 TBS = 45 calories
Fried Broccoli 1 cup = 41 calories
✅ Totals SUPPER calories = 380 calories
Leaves 105.61 for “wiggle room”

I have struggled with body imagine for a while now. A BIG struggle for me are my eating habits, I’ve always had the body type where I could consume anything that I wanted to and not have to worry about it. I have noticed the last few years that that is not the case anymore, living that way the majority of my life makes it incredibly hard to break that habit. I am hoping to find a sense of community that I can connect with and share my story, with hopes that I will find support and understanding from people going through the same struggles that I am. I am hoping to learn from other people’s experiences and hopefully helping people with mine. Would also enjoy to see some progress and feel more confident in my own skin. I do not remember a time I felt comfortable in my own skin. In my head I was going to wait until August 1st and begin my journey then but why not today ! I am trying to regain control of my life, happiness, health and how I view myself !
