as of Saturday December. 6, 2014, I am at 199.7lbs. been having abit of gloomy depressing day, but that's okay. Since this day is almost over, I'm just gonna set a few goals. Gonna take one day at a time. Focus on walking, working out and eating healthy from here on out. No more sugars sweets. Drink lots of water..and focus staying positive and think healthy.

I'm officially at my breaking point! No more excuses anymore! I need to stay focused on a positive note and start eating healthy!! Working out daily and drinking water most of the day everyday! No more alcohol, fastfood, bad carbs and breads and sweets!
Goal is to drop down to 120lbs. somehow someway, so sick of looking and feeling like crap! Not giving up and just gonna think positive and track everything I eat and drink and write it down, even going to try my best & workout daily whether its an hr. or else a 30 minutes..need people to be encouraging,uplifting and just do it, don't make excuses..just take action and do it!!

My goals for this week is to get back into a routine of walking, stretching my legs and calves, and working out 3 days this week on The Firm dvd, along with walking for about an hr. a day. Start out slow..but have faith, and strength to not give up and say I can do this, and I will! Plan to track what I eat and drink on a daily basis and measure out what I'm eating and concentrate on portion control. Also I need to cut out all potatoes, french fries, breads this week. Just stay away from it all together, unless it's 1 slice of whole grain bread or 100% whole wheat bread a week. I will see how that goes, it will be tough. But need to for my sake! I have noticed I have lost a few lbs probably due to walking alot in just a few days. Another goal of mine, Don't drink any alcohol, gonna be hard to do, but I need to think Thin, & Healthy.;)!!! Wish me Luck!!

Today is Monday. August. 5, 2013. My first day on focusing on better eating habits and drinking water and only 2 cups of coffee a day. My goal is to drop 70lbs in a year! I realize that's alot, but I need to lose as much weight as possible. I'm determined to lose weight and not to give up or make anymore excuses. It's time to stay focus, have faith and be strong that I can do this..no more excuses. I'm at my worse and feel at my worse. I want to eat healthy, look and feel better again.;)
