Starting again. Stress over doll order overwhelmed my mind, concentrating on dolls today, tomorrow, next day, get her done. Have till Friday to get all under control.

I noticed my carbs are quite high, this is mainly due to "BREAD." Not really pasta's but bread. Today, I'll try eating less bread even though I already had 2 pancakes. Again, bread leads the way. I can't believe how it keeps popping up and I have to eat it. Really need a person to help me. Closing Morning-157 Bedtime-196

Still learning about the food I eat. Seems like I need something prepared for after school as that is when I start picking at food. Sugar was good today, need to take meds at home not carry them in my pocket. I forget as I get so busy. Sugars 133 this morning and 130 at bedtime. Still in 64 oz club.

Took my meds late, like in the afternoon after lunch. Shot w/be at 4pm. I always seem to forget these.Gave my fruit away today, didn't feel like fighting it w/carbs. This will open up for something better later.

Today I did not eat junk food. This is the first day so I'm kind of watching everything I eat. I did get into a situation at fishing that I didn't have anything to eat (as I planned) but then I ended up eating protein and all was ok. Will take my sugar tonite and see how I did today.Yesterday I had 159 carbs and a sugary snowcone. Not good, was high. Today I tried to work with my sweet tooth through teas and fruit. We'll see how this goes.
Well, I walked. Ate 4 small fudge covered Ritz crackers. Walked 1.5 miles. Took my pills. Will check sugar in a 1/2 hour. Also, drank 64 oz water, went fishing with my husband and will probably finish up the cleaning from the weekend. Still under calories but that's it for the week!144
