Just a week or so ago, I weighed in at 134, but I haven't been going for my 10 minute run and have been eating high fat foods like pizza, oreos and ice cream. What do I expect?

I think my scale has been giving me bad numbers or something. My weight keeps fluctuating. We went on vacation for five days; played about 6 hours of tennis in two days; my running has slacked off a bit, though. My diet hasn't been too terrible.

This weigh in is actually from Mon, 14th. I've been running 15 minutes per day, taking weekends off. I was able to fit into a skirt that I haven't been able to wear in about a year. I was so excited!! On the diet side, I'm trying to eat more lean protein and watch my portion sizes.

I realized that when I've recorded what I eat, I'm only getting about 1,200 calories. I probably need to increase my caloric intake to 1,500-1,600 calories and keep an eye on fat limitation.

After my big weigh in last week, I ran for 15 minutes on Tues., Wed. and Sunday. I tried to minimize red meat and eat vegetarian meals at least 2 of the three meals a day. We ate quite a bit of cook out food with the 4th festivities. We did spend a lot of time on the lake skiing and tubing this weekend to make up for it.
