It has been months since I have been tracking my eating and I have allowed myself to veer off course. I had lost 60lbs last year from the point I started and then things fell apart in September after losing my job. The stress of trying to find work and lack of money has taken its toll and I have let myself go. I weighed this morning not expecting to see such a great number, I knew I had gained but didnt realize I had gained nearly 20lbs back. It is unexceptable and I can't revert back to old habits.
I am back to reach my goals and do what is necessary to get healthy. Also need to do this for my daughter who has also put on a significant amount of weight due to bad habits and lack of discipline.
My goals are this by end of June I want to take off atleast 10-15lbs and by November I am hoping to have lost at least 60-70lbs.
Here goes nothing, I'm back in action.

Been MIA for a while, life got a bit busy and had some issues. My house flooded on me and I was living out of a hotel for a few months while the repairs were underway.
Being displaced threw me off my routine a bit and I have not lost any more weight. Good news is I haven't gained, but no loss in the past few months.
I am back home and have been for a few weeks, school and work are keeping me extra busy, but I am getting back in the gym. I just need to get back on my diet plan, so I can shed the last 80-90lbs. :-)
Still have a long road ahead, but my goal is to make my goal weight by my birthday. I would like to take off another 30lbs before Halloween, so I am going to have to get super serious here to make it happen. Some real dicipline. #Determined

So I weighed in yesterday and was nervous that I had gained, I've been following my diet, but have not been eating that much. Been missing alot of meals due to my ever increasing busy schedule. So I was feeling as if was going to plateau and not lose or even worse gain.
To my surprise I managed to lose 4lbs so that is exciting :).
I have met a goal of losing 50lbs, 52lbs lost total, YES!!
Not in the clear yet though still have a ways to go. 88 more lbs to meet my goal weight.
My next goal is to lose another 20lbs and be at my halfway point by mid to end of June.
Then the next goal is to lose another 20lbs by end of July to be under the 200lb mark. (I will be throwing a party, LOL)
Hopefully I can make these things happen in that time frame. I'm determined. I will succeed this time.

Not much change in the past 2 weeks unfortunately, :-( Only lost 3lbs.
Going to try and change up some things to try and get my weightloss mojo back in high gear. Still over 90lbs to go, it can't stop now. (Crossing Fingers)

Its been a busy few weeks for me full of stress, lack of sleep and alot of running around. My gym regimine has suffered a bit with all this, so unfortunately my weight loss is not that grand for the past couple weeks.
I had a Sales conference for work last week so that accounted for some very long work days, and catered food that wasn't axactly diet friendly, but I did faily well and ate as healthy as possible given the options. Didn't raid the desserts either, Go Me! LOL
I also had a huge test yesterday for the end of this semester, Finals suck and this one did especially, so there was some definite ups and downs these past few weeks. I PASSED though, so I'm super happy about that.
Now that my weeks have slowed back down a bit, for the time being anyway, I am going to make sure I make up for lost gym time. I'm determined not to give up this time I will meet my goal even if its only 2-3 lbs at a time. :-)
I have noticed that I'm going to have to add more Fiber into my diet, and change up my exercise routine a bit to stay on track and keep losing weight.
