I hit a down point. Last week I was watching my grandson almost fulltime and didn't manage to record my meals. I am gonna try to do better this week.

I was down with a migraine headache yesterday so I didn't manage to log anything or exercise. I feel kind of set back but I guess I can always start with today. Thanks for your support on this site.

I'm still trying to figure out this website better. But in the meantime I am so excited I lost 2 lbs since last week. I started doing Carnation Breakfast essentials High Protein alternating with the regular type and this really curbs my hunger. I still eat a good dinner and today I started eating a normal lunch instead of another essential. By dinner, I'm less hungry and don't go back for seconds even if it is good (I love to cook and bake) anyway. I'm coming along. Thanks for your support.

Im not sure how to add an entry on the challenges but I've been doing pretty good this week. I am logging all my meals and drinking a minimum of 48 oz of water daily which is really hard for me since I don't drink a lot of anything. I am not doing so hot on personal exercise but I hit 13332 steps on Monday and have been doing about 7000 daily. I used to only be able to do about 3000 because of my back problems and fibromyalgia. I have been taking care of my 2-year-old grandson the last 2 months and have lost 4 lbs just by chasing him and playing with him. Now that they have moved out I will be with him only about 4 hours a day but that makes me really tired. I live in a very cold climate so walking depends on the weather for me but I am adjusting to it. I am also trying to get to sleep earlier and get up earlier. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
