mmm, i got the flu, geez
i was so motivated this week and its kinda crashed, well not in the instance of eating , that is pretty good actually , lots of water, lots of rest, so that is atleast good because i was knackered last week from all the going out

this week is alot calmer in bucharest and im getting along alot better with my boss which is also good, we seem to have found a midbetween and he is treating me with respect , which is something that many people in the group dont get from him, lets just say he aint easy haha.

Anyhow, since yesterday i have been floored, but i think its under control now, after work i went into the sauna at the hotel, i mean, i was almost impossible to breathe, actually it was a steam room, but i stayed in for about 10 mins.. lol, that doesnt sound like much does it ? anyhow it was a lifetime . and for the 2nd night in a row i went straight up to my room and stayed there till 7am the next morning, the sleep is doing me good.

today i went to the pharmacy and again with major hand moments and notions tried to explain that i was sick and needed STRONG medicine!! i think it worked , anyhow, here i romania the medical system is different , because it is privatised, people dont actually go to the dr , they go to the pharmacy and there is a registered pharmacist and she gives you medicine.. weird i know, but anyhow, being a foreigner , i think she is not used to me telling her what i want haha, i think the people generally tell her what the problem is and she decided what to give and in what doses, so ofcourse it ended up in her asking how many pills i wanted and me saying... THE WHOLE BOX!!

im trying to meet up with some old firneds of mine from romania , except i dont know where they live and i dont know addies... hahah i have posted some forums this morning , to try and locate them as it would be awesome to meet up for drinks , I meet them at a roxette concert in Zwitserland in 2003, and i have alot of Rox things that i can give them for their fanclub ( gessler thinking more space in apartment :-) )

Tomorrow i am going to head out and try and run outside.. next week i am defiantely bring my outside running stuff and hitting the city, game on people!

today went alot better, i went running this morning , not a perfect workout but a workout non the less, soup and bread for lunch and after work we all went for a swim , not a workout swim , but a fun one , hey, movement non the less :-) tonight we are going to a Thai resturant , ill take something health,

mmm, diary from Bucharest... looks like im not going to be working at home for a while yet.. like 8 weeks...!!! man what a bummer,
I was put on the project and have to stay to finish it, which is a bum, but we have moved over to a new hotel and thats cool, because this one is 4 star and even has a pool!! so why oh why dont i have time!! I need to make the time, tomorrow morning im going running definately!! 6.15 im waking up and going running before work, this week my direct boss in out here so i have been quite per occupied, but i must make time for myself, and start serious eating , better eating!

im a bit bummed out at the moment, i didnt run since saturday and im giving myself a hard time about it , the gym here doesnt look too great but they do have a pool so that is at least cool, i think i need to train myself to get up early to go to the gym, one day running, one day swimming, that should do it, i am drinking alot of water, and if we are in the bar i take a dietcoke.

listen to my podcast tomorrow after work, eat more salads , walk more stairs :-)
