started diet n workout last wednesday...had 2 bad days (easter n 420) back 2 plan 2day. goal is 2 do aerobics and insanity.

i started my diet and workout on tuesday...im proud of myself, but im still having trouble with the eating part..i need to buy a whole bunch of healthy food, and that will help me eat right i think...but i must say i have been eating better and the exercise im doing is getting a little easier. i have been doing 2 hours at the gym everyday...im going to try my hardest to workout mon-sat next week

I have just began to take advantage og my schools gym. my goal is to work out at least five days a week. i have also recently started a pilates class 2 times a week. my biggest challenge will be eating! i love to eat, especially fatty foods. i want to make a easy healthy diet to fallow. my problem is i need to learn how to eat healthy on a low budget...i am very serious about loosing 30 lbs in the next 12 weeks. if i do that it will get me excited and motivate me to loose my entire wieght loss goal.
