something has happened for the first time in YEARS...

i brought leftovers home. omgosh. like, i am the LAST person to ever to have food leftover. if there is a group of us, i am usually the only person who ate all of her food. well, not today guys n' gals. i was the only one who couldn't eat all of her food. and i didn't even eat anything extra since this is my extra calorie day. i had a salad as a starter, and my entree' was a tuna steak with coleslaw and wild rice n' orzo. so delicious. and i think i had 4 bites of the tuna, and a couple of bites each of the sides. no bread and just water. i couldn't eat all of it. i was quite surprised...and pleased with myself. now i have lunch for tomorrow. what a great change. i am telling you, with this week's weightloss, i am thisclose to seeing 199 and i will do whatever i have to do to get there. are you with me??

I have been sticking to a schedule of eating and I really like that way. I have never had anxiety but find that I have mini panic attacks when it's time to be social and go out to eat or people scheduling things around my eating time. It's kinda crazy cause I am obsessed ( I see people use that word alot on FS) with sticking with the meals that I plan and eating it during my allotted time frames. SMH. It's crazy. And I don't eat past 8p. I think I have retreated a bit because I am soo worried that I might eat the 'wrong' thing. But I am learning to plan ahead when it's time to go out and go online and look at the menu and plan my meal. Restaurants really don't have the specific thing I am looking for so I just make my own meals.LOL So far, there hasn't been anything outrageous that couldn't be made. I am actually looking forward to going out for Mother's Day Sunday cause I won't be overwhelmed with picking fatty foods. Now, I am just trying to figure out if I will have enough time to go to the gym...
