Old Man Scale smiles at my efforts again :) Down .5 today, how exciting!! Did much better with food versus steps yesterday and hit 10K again. This is the first time in my life in the 8-10 years I have used a pedometer on and off that I am pretty consistently hitting 10k and I have not been below 5K after day 1s baseline!! I am excited!
