Brain MRI results positive. No mass effect noted, and no detectable changes observed. The necrosis still evident along corpus callosum and previous areas of frontal- parietal lobes. Also had a cardio calcium CT. Hoping lifestyle and diet changes do enough.
Was able to hike Santa Monica Mountains yesterday. Ion the trail I keep meeting interesting people, and one woman asked me for coffee before she heads back east. This after I saved her from a feral honey bee swarm, lol.
MIL is gone. Yes. Noname apologized for overusing me.
I over committed and exhausted myself. Cancelled San Diego weekend and I’m pretty disappointed in myself. Boundaries.
