Yesterday was a close loss, maybe. I got good walking in, kept to the 2pm eating time, and kept that meal small. But a dinner of takeout Panda Express had quite a bit of grains, and I ate more than I should have. Small weight gain, could be water (Panda is notoriously salty). Looking for a win today!
