Hiked 10 mi yesterday, 1500 ft elevation. Los Liones Trailhead to The Overlook, where the Santa Monica hiking group of -30 folks were still mingling and laughing. Views of LA and Mother Ocean ... divine. Met several enlightened souls..Kevin (500 days project), Seba...💫
Nested in a beautiful grove to experience sun set over Getty villa and Surprise, full moon rise in concordance and apposition. Amazing. ⛰💫🌟
Came down last2 miles in dark, (red headlamp on). Fell once but my left side is stronger, so a 3 point crawl minimized injury . Woot! What a day. Noname who?

Continue HFLC . Blood tests and primary care doc visit tomorrow. Maybe , no statins needed. Exercise, diet, self care.

Also, my cardio calcium CT resulted a score of 7, with the descending coronary artery of 7, all others 0. A slight hernia noted, which prolly confirms the slight pinch pain I feel occasionally. Discuss with doc tomorrow. I’m pushing for consultation with preventative cardiologist and detailed lipid profiles. We will see.

Nice job on the hike. It sounds gorgeous. I am going to try to do that this year. I say that every year and the weeks fly by. We don't have a very long summer here and sometimes it doesn't seem like we have summer at all because of all of the rain but you need to get out in the weather anyway! I like the way you write.
