So for the last two days I have gotten up and headed to the gym at 4:30 am and I actually love it...It seems like I have more energy and get so much more accomplished than sleeping in. This also my second week of really working out at least 3 or 4 times a week. A big accomplishment for me. But I am seeing some results
71,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 0,5 kg a la Semana
