Diario de cerobit, 05 may. 18

Thin crust pizza last night. Awfully tasty, but I suspect it contributes to my fatigue. So, not fasting today, and Only LCHF to satiety.

But, can just one thin crust knock my keto-adaptation so outta whack? Or something else? My gut seems good so not FODMAP.
Noname seems especially understanding. Even putting her hand on my forearm, as I was crying from frustration. Seems forced as usual but I applaud her efforts. That alone is big big improvement. And she rescheduled to attend monthly CHADD meetings as a family.
