still frustrated by slow progress. feels like I'm doing ok, but doesn't show up on scale. there are some things I'm not doing ok with. cutting out grains has not happened, yesterday or many other days. I guess today is another chance to make that stick. was supposed to be under 162 by the end of this week. I have a scripted lunch that I'll make and take to work. I'll be able to eat later today too, and I realized I should also script between meals, because that is where I do a lot of extra calories.
