Great progress!! You're averaging almost 2lbs per week, which translates to about 100lbs per year...you are much better to take it slow so that your body has time to shrink with the loss (just saying). I noticed that a couple of days ago you mentioned that you were feeling hungry. I found that if you eat more often (smaller amounts) that the hunger doesn't seem to happen. Try a larger breakfast (300cal), small snack (150cal), decent lunch (300cal), small snack (150cal), filling dinner (450cal) and one last snack two to three hours before bed (150cal). I also noticed that you are having very little in the way of vegetables. Is there a medical reason for this? Veggies are low calorie and high fiber, so are filling and help a lot.
