Dang. I had a good rate of decline on my weight for a couple of weeks and now I've just leveled off completely. Frustrating.
I'm sticking to this diet though. I'm hoping this is just a plateau for a little bit while my body adjusts to the lower weight and I'll start dropping again quickly.
