You are doing awesome! It takes a long time getting back into the swing of things. Go at it a little at a time, that way you will build your stamina. I started out with walking and added Curves. I now walk five times a week and do Curves 3-5 times a week and am thinking I may add wateraerobics or swimming within the next month or so. Also still toying with the idea of walking a 5K walk. You go Guy!!!!! I have not been under 200 in over 25 years but I will get there sometime late this year or early next year. And THAT gets me steamed. LOL
