It starting to get frustrating when you eat lots of protein and no cards, the scale doesn’t go down and your working out 3 days a week, walk an average on 15k steps a day 🤨😒😬. Stuck in a rut.😒. I need a new kick start.

PS - Just reread your post and saw you mention a "kick start." If you have not already done so, you may want to consider a fast. Far and away that is the most effective Kickstart for me.

👍🏻 Will reevaluate my diet. I think i am at to much protien and not enough carbs, my energy is gettn low.
