Diario de BrandyRelaxing, 29 jul. 12

Not sure how the scale said 277 today... very weird... but I'll take it, as long as it doesn't give me bad news next week (so I'm going to have to work hard this week to make sure it doesn't.

I will admit my calories today will not be great, but I did go for a walk, so I kept active, which I think is a good start towards an active week.

This week's plan is to do purposeful exercise 3 times and keep my calories to 1,700. The exercise part, I think, will be easier than the calories, but I'm going to try my best!

Hope you're all on target today and have your plan for next week too!

you are doing great!!! I noticed a BIG dive on your weight loss graph!!! that is always nice :) Seems you are doing something right (may not be Newmarket after all) I am sorry to hear that work is stressful - I had a really stressful year this past school term - but at least I get a decent amount of decompression time before it all starts up again! Dinner at the Keg - I am jealous although I get the baseball steak with a side of spinach salad - hmmmm.... I may have to get there :) hope you have a super week and thanks for the encouraging words!

Thanks Krys! I have to jump back on the healthy eating and exercise train to keep the weight loss going! I can get back to where I was (245 lbs) and then keep going and reach my goal!! I can do it!

YES you CAN!! - I keep thinking that I am going to run into you! I went out for a walk tonight from Kelly all the way to Leslie Street and back! It's all baby steps!

That's a challenging walk! The hill up Leslie Valley is crazy!
