Diario de CherBru, 22 mar. 08

My weight gain from last week's vacation is gone! A few days off may have tricked my metabolism. I think getting back to eating healthly so soon was the key. I'll be honest the carb cravings came back strong so it is risky. If I had not been involved with FS I probably would have spiraled downwards. Thanks guys!

I am having mixed feeling of dread and excitment on the new challenge. I have never been much of an exerciser, but know that is what it will take to achieve my goal.

Plans for exercise:
Walking at work
Walking in the woods at home with hubby (hate those chiggers!)
Biggest Loser DVD (still in the cellophane!)
10 Minute Solution DVD (it has mulitple workouts with a band)

I see this happen time and time again, so there definitely is something in the whole being bad to boost the metabolism business. I guess the trick is getting the balance right, which is exactly what you've done, so well done!! Great plans for the exercise - that's going to do wonders for you and the team! Good luck this week!! Great job losing 4 lbs Cheryl! That's unbelievable that you got it right back off with 1.5 lbs to boot. You're almost to the 170's. I am so proud of you for getting back on track.

Good job on the weight loss. I always hate having to RE lose weight I've already lost. :( What 10 minute solution DVD do you have? I have the Belly Fat Blast (something like that) it's pretty good. I'm always looking for new ones though!
