Back on track...not much but a steady loss is always better than gaining. I hope I can continue to go down little by little. I am hopeful that I will reach my short term goal (170) by the end of the summer. I would be extremely happy with that as it would be the lowest weight I have been for over 30 years!! I CAN DO IT!!
