Tomorrow’s another day! Whenever I feel that way I go for a walk, breathe and remind myself why I’m doing it. It’s a tough journey but nothing good comes easy! Keeping logging and exercising and it will happen!!! It takes time :)

Honestly, the question is how are you going to feel six months from now.

You are pretty tall to be so thin. Maybe focus on building muscle to feel better about your body?

As someone who is old enough to be your mother and has spent over 30 years in some state of self loathing over the appearance of my body, I see myself in you. Why do I say that? Because you think that you are an “epic fail” at 5’8” and 106 lb (BMI 16) and think that dropping to 100 lbs (BMI 15) will make you feel better or successful. It won’t. I’m 5’2” and Have weighed as little as 88 lbs as an adult. Now at 43, I’m at a solid 108. Although, there are some days that I still feel like “an epic fail” I know that I am healthy and know that a number on a scale doesn’t define me.
This app helps me track a well rounded diet and my fitness. I also enjoy the ability to interact with others regarding diet tips and supporting others. With that being said, I’m A little concerned at why you’re using this app. I am also concerned at why there are members encouraging this young lady to basically starve herself. This is not a proana community. Or is it and I didn’t realize it???
In addition, and I realize this may seem harsh, there are many people here that are working really hard to be healthy, make healthy choices, exercise, eat right, etc... and are really struggling. Posting publicly that you are a failure because you weigh 106 lbs is kind of inconsiderate.

I agree with bunny foo foo...your perception of your body is unhealthy. Please don’t lose any more weight and maybe get some counseling to feel better about yourself?? I wish you peace and contentment with exactly who you are right now. No need to change your body in my opinion other than to take better care of what you have.

I couldn’t agree more— this young lady is 5’8” and 106 lb and wanting to get down to 100lb. BMI 15-16. Knoeck, knock folks. I support that you have body dysmorphic issues and are seeking help of some kind. I would like you to understand that a diet website is not in your best interest. I’m thinking this may have been going on for a while. Please reach out to your family, husband, physician— someone who knows you well, loves you and who can really assist you in getting the help that you deserve. please keep us posted— I think we all here now care about what happens to you.
