Decided to change to weight watchers. I was doing Atkins, which worked wonderfully in the past--and I kept it off for a few years! But, I have no will power sticking to the diet with a non-Atkins boyfriend. I ended up at 200.5 again. So, I joined WW again--did it years ago, when my son was younger--it works. It's even easier now! I even get desert! So, here I go!
