Oh my dear I can totally relate. I’ve been on disability for years and they reevaluate every three. Every time they go through that process I get depressed and anxious to the point that it flares my crohns- ironic.
I can’t give advice to make it better but I can tell you I know how you’re feeling and you’re not alone.
