Diario de graciepoo, 02 abr. 08

Well, I am finally weighing in. Dreaded it so badly but time to face the music. this is what happens when you throw all caution to the wind and eat whatever you want for 2 weeks. Now I have 11 days until vacation and NOWHERE near my vacation goal of 170. but, I started back on phase 1 today so hopefully i can drop a few before then. And i hope to check in a little more than I have been lately. Things are just crazy right now. Hope everyone is doing good. Miss you all!!

Just got back from my vacation- something weird happens right before vacation- everyone I've read about has a hard time. I was so motivated and then in the last week before I left I put on 2 pounds just eating- not in my exercise schedule...I don't know. but the best thing is -even after a vacation and a gain- I came home really motivated to be good. and it feels easy to eat right. so good luck and have a great trip!!!

Oh graciepoo, honey, YOU can DO IT! You can so easily get down in TWO lil o'l weeks! Honey... git up on that bike and ride like the wind... I KNOW you can do this!! I've seen you kick that booty in the butt!! Let's see it ... just for the VACA!! :)

I was thinking of being at 200 lb for my birthday, april 4th... Not going to happen, but I decided that any weight lost would be celebrated. So yes, a lost before your vacation would make you feel good. You can do it!

We all fall off the weight loss wagon and have to get back you. You have still lost 24 lbs and hopefully you can drop a few more before you go. Use us as your support and sounding board. We are here for you.

You can still drop some lbs before you go though... so just get back to it and I'm sure those lbs will start falling off you again. ;o)
