Bit early to confirm 100%, but at this point it seems like I gain 3oz/100g muscle every day from just eating fairly lean meat. I'm at an ok weight, and seek muscle gain after a long time of weight loss. Large part of the weight loss was a 'moderate' protein Keto diet. Happy to hear how you plan this out. Think it will work well.
