Here I am again back @ a place where I know I have to take action to finally lose this weight. I am at my heaviest weightI have ever been. My body aches more than it ever has from my osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia I know in part because of the extra weight I carry. It’s time to finally make a commitment to change to find the determination to fight through the pain to exercise and the cravings and to somehow gain control of my weight. I know I won’t feel better till I do.
