I think the scale and our bodies like to see how we react to it’s jumping all around lol. I seem to gain/loss 0.6# a day usually.
Keep in mind: have you went to the restroom lately? Retaining water? Building muscle? What day of your cycle? Did you have carbs last night? These are some of the things other members have said to me about my ups and downs :).
